Singer Mangli has earned wide recognition in the Telugu states through her folk songs and film tracks. However, her name recently surfaced in connection with a ₹10 crore fraud case, after lawyer Subbarao leveled serious allegations against her. Mangli has already approached the Panjagutta police, firmly stating that she has no link to the case.
Speaking to the media with tears in her eyes, Mangli said, “All the accusations against me are false. I have struggled a lot to reach this stage. Why would I ever need to cheat anyone? I have plenty of work and the blessings of the people. Why would I deceive others?”
This has now become a hot topic, with many questioning why Subbarao targeted her and what really happened between them. Mangli expressed her anguish, saying she never imagined social media would turn into a curse for her life. “If someone files a case just to gain fame, and it is spread as truth, that is terrible,” she said, urging people to verify facts before sharing any news.
