Mega Power Star Ram Charan teams up with Janhvi Kapoor in director Buchi Babu Sana’s highly anticipated sports drama Peddi. The film has been riding on massive expectations ever since its announcement. Initially slated for a March release, it was pushed to April, sparking rumors of yet another delay.
The makers have now issued an official press note confirming the postponement. They revealed that while the talkie portions and post-production work are complete, one song shoot is still pending. Editing so far has left the team very satisfied, but the incomplete song has forced them to reschedule the release.
Peddi will now arrive in June 2026, though the exact date is yet to be announced. With music composed by A.R. Rahman and production handled by Vriddhi Cinemas, the film is shaping up to be a grand cinematic event.
Fans may have to wait a little longer, but the buzz around Peddi only seems to be growing stronger with each update.
