Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s latest film, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, directed by Harish Shankar and featuring Sreeleela and Raashi Khanna as the leading ladies, arrived with strong buzz. While fans appreciated the film, the overall response fell short of expectations. As everyone knows, the film features songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad and a background score by Thaman.
Interestingly, one of Devi Sri Prasad’s tracks, Aura of Ustaad, was initially removed from the theatrical cut but played during the end credits on release day. However, reports suggest that from the second day onwards, the song was completely replaced with Thaman’s version in the end credits. The sudden changes have left audiences curious, and only the makers can clarify the reasons behind these last-minute decisions.
Meanwhile, trade circles are optimistic that the film’s box office collections will strengthen, thanks to the festive advantage of Ramadan today and the Sunday holiday tomorrow.
