Peddi Pehelwan makes a spectacular entrance into the arena.

Ram Charan and Buchi Babu’s multi-sports drama, Peddi, has already gathered a huge craze among audiences, and the reports about its theatrical business are doing the rounds in industry circles. It is being said that the makers are expecting superb deals for the film.

The producers of Peddi are reportedly aiming very high when it comes to the film’s business deals. According to industry buzz, buyers are already willing to offer prices similar to those of Pushpa 2, which itself is a massive benchmark.

However, the producers are said to be expecting even higher rates, showing strong confidence in the film’s market potential and demand. This indicates that Peddi is generating solid hype and that the makers believe it can surpass existing expectations in terms of theatrical and distribution value.

The latest glimpse from Peddi was released on March 27, 2026, to celebrate Ram Charan’s 41st birthday. The 44-second teaser showcases Ram Charan in a raw, rugged wrestler avatar with long hair and a chiseled physique.

He is seen training in a traditional akhara (wrestling pit) in the rain, lifting heavy sacks, and wielding a large wooden gada (mace).
The video features a voiceover comparing wrestling to cricket: “Wrestling isn’t like cricket, where you just face a ball and bat. It’s a game where you face death itself.” Ram Charan’s character responds with the tagline: “My pride is my game”.
