Rebel Star Prabhas’s latest release, The Raja Saab, hit the screens worldwide amidst great anticipation and tension simultaneously. The events leading to the film’s release caused these issues among the fans. And as expected, the movie has ended up throwing surprises in different ways.
The Raja Saab opened with mixed reviews on its release day. The views are mostly leaning towards the negative side. With the bookings opened quite late in a major territory like Nizam, it is quite natural that the fans expected worse. However, to their and everyone’s surprise, The Raja Saab has done well in this major area for Telugu cinema, also a stronghold for Prabhas.
Even among the rest of the areas, The Raja Saab did well in all the A Centres. The trend didn’t look promising during the day, but the evening and night shows gave it a huge push. The horror fantasy drama is now among the biggest openers of Rebel Star.
Nizam is without any doubt the best performing area, showing once again the Rebel Star Prabhas’s strength in the area. Andhra and Ceded are relatively fine, but not at the same level as Nizam.
